We offer FREE SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND on orders over $100.
Shipping is FREE on any order delivered in New Zealand for orders over $100. A shipping charge of $5 will be charged for all orders less than $100.
Estimated delivery within 1-2 working days for shipments in New Zealand.
Estimated delivery internationally is 4-10 working days.
All NZ orders are delivered by courier. This means we need a physical street address for your order, because couriers don’t deliver to PO Boxes.
Overseas orders are sent through New Zealand Post by airmail. The delivery target is 4-10 days. For couriered service please email us at: email@example.com. We regularly send parcels to the following destinations.

It is vital that your details are completed in full to ensure accurate sending and tracking of your purchases.
You can pay with Credit Card and Bank Deposit – Just follow the shopping cart process and you will see the credit card option.
What about Bank Deposit ?
Just check out like normal and select bank transfer as your method of payment – you will then be provided with our bank details. Please note payments must be received within 5 working days or your order will be deemed void.

Hatworx Online Returns
Merchandise ordered online may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase for incorrect sizing, color or we have sent you the wrong style. By law, we are not obligated to exchange something because you simply don’t like it or changed your mind, but here at Hatworx we care, we genuinely believe that there is a hat for every head. We are happy to move heaven and earth you ensure that you find the hat that best fits you.
If the merchandise is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
Please note: A handling fee of 15% - 20% + Shipping costs will apply on refunds. No refund on Shipping costs.

Please contact us for a RA (return authority) number for you. Once we receive your package, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your card or bank account.

The Fine Print (in regular readable-sized text):
• Returned items must be as you received them: Clean and with all hang tags attached.
• No credits will be issued or exchanges made for items that have been worn; there should be no marks of facial make-up/hair product on the hat.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Please note: We do not refund original shipping and handling charges.
• Please contact email@example.com for items received damaged/defective or incorrect. • Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of you package for your refund to be processed.
